He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolf Oscar H. and Alice E. Johnson; and his brother Richard Johnson of Amherst, MA.. He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Bolton of Mill Valley, CA and Mark Johnson of Southampton, MA..
