She is survived by: her spouse Donald V. Kochka Jr.; her parents, William F. Jr. and Joanna Reade (Crosby) of Yarmouth; her daughters, Michaela of Yarmouth and Ketryn of Worcester; and her sister Donna Nielsen of Stoughton.
