She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Kendra Atkinson and Terryll "Terry" Altimas; her son-in-law Ian Atkinson; her grandchildren, Jeff Atkinson, Scott Atkinson, Alyssa Altimas and Greg Altimas; and her close friend Len Klein.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Connie's name to MSPCA Cape Cod or a charity of your choice.
