He was predeceased by: his spouse Arlene K. Fulp (Troesch); and his parent Jesse Fulp. He is survived by: his parent Katherine Fulp (Russell); his sister-in-law Carol L. Tessier; his nieces, Pamela R. Miller and Melissa Cheyne; and his nephew Gary Richardson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
