Watkins (South Yarmouth, Massachusetts), born in Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 4, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen H. Watkins and Florence M. Watkins (Kiley). He is survived by: his close friend Debby Bearse; his daughters, Kathleen, Jennifer and Megan; his siblings, Nancy E. Watkins, John Watkins (Gail) and Bill Watkins (Kathy); his nephews, Billy and Bryan Watkins; and his niece Jessie Kenyon.
