He was predeceased by: his sister Theresa Vail; and his parents, Albert Muldoon and Amelia Muldoon (Kuklicz). He is survived by: his wife Patricia J Muldoon (Williams); his son A. J. Muldoon (Ashleigh Muldoon) of Washington, DC.; and his siblings, Jeannie Molloy and Thomas Muldoon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
