He is survived by: his wife Patricia Flaherty (Jakubajtys) of South Weymouth; his children, Gayle Flaherty-McAndrews (Robert) of Middleton, Patrick Flaherty Jr. of South Weymouth and Lynne Flaherty of Whitman; his grandchildren, Anna Robinson Russo, Amanda Flaherty, Alyssa Raples, Sean Flaherty, Emily Robinson, Thomas Flaherty, Olivia Raples, Michael Flaherty, Matthew Flaherty and James Flaherty; his great grandchildren, Maeve Patricia and Bennet Michael; his siblings, Mary Salvucci of Mashpee and Gail Conroy (Stephen) of Dennis; and his sister-in-law Jean Jakubajtys of So Weymouth. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
