She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael T. Hernon and Catherine (Dirrane); and her sister Margaret Quirk. She is survived by: her siblings, Coleman Hernon, Michael Hernon and Agnes O'Connor. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
