She was predeceased by: her parents, Meyer Rutchick and Harriet Rutchick (Olson); her husband Daniel Walter Perkins; and her brothers, Michael and Jeffrey Rutchick.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Perkins-Townson (Andrew) of St. Petersburg, FL, Julie Campisano (Michael) of Belmont, MA, Amy Perkins (John Crompton) of Newton, MA and Benjamin Perkins (Annette) of Pepperell, MA; her siblings, Alida Rutchick of Newburyport, MA and Ronald Rutchick (Chris) of Newburyport, MA; her sister-in-law Cyndi Rutchick of Magnolia, MA; and her grandchildren, Elias, Lucia Campisano, Vienna and Myles Perkins. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
