He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma V. Reisner (Artis) and Harry W Wells; his wife Beverly A. Wells (Niec); his son Lloyd; his stepfather Lloyd Reisner; and his siblings, Harry Wells and Mona Choat.

He is survived by: his children, Debra Brown (Bill) of S. Hadley and Matthew Wells (Bethany); and his sister Freida Hodges (Jerry). He is also survived by four grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
