She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaw Ostapiej and Stefania Ostapiej (Wieromiej); her grandparents, Karol and Stefania Astapiej (Lukasiewicz); her siblings, Stefania, Raymond K. Ostapiej and Leon J. Ostapiej; her brother-in-law Leon J. Hajdamowicz; and her niece Penelope Ostapiej Tukimaka.
She is survived by: her friend Theresa; and her siblings, Vicha Hajdamowicz (Ostapiej) of South Hadley, MA and Henry S. Ostapiej. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
