The passing of Theresa Jadwiga Ostapiej (South Hadley, Massachusetts), born in Virginiatown, Ontario leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on August 23, 2024 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaw Ostapiej and Stefania Ostapiej (Wieromiej); her grandparents, Karol and Stefania Astapiej (Lukasiewicz); her siblings, Stefania, Raymond K. Ostapiej and Leon J. Ostapiej; her brother-in-law Leon J. Hajdamowicz; and her niece Penelope Ostapiej Tukimaka.
She is survived by: her friend Theresa; and her siblings, Vicha Hajdamowicz (Ostapiej) of South Hadley, MA and Henry S. Ostapiej. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Patrick Church (30 Main St, South Hadley, MA 01075).
