He is survived by: his husband Jean Welsh; his children-in-law, Barbara MacGregor of Chapel Hill, Carol Maloney, John Maloney of Pittsfield, Kathryn MacGregor, Bruce Browne of Amherst, Robert MacGregor, Ruth MacGregor of Belfast, David MacGregor and Ana Arranz of Arlington; and his grandchild Molly MacGregor of Denver. He is also survived by his five children; as a cool dude to his eight grandchildren.
