She was predeceased by: her former husband Eric Brestrup; and her husband Thomas J. O'Reilly. She is survived by: her children, Christine Brestrup (Frank Glazer), Susan Patterson (Scott), Elizabeth Urbansky (Mike) and Eric Johansen (Maya). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and many step-grandchildren.
