He is survived by: his wife Yolany Parenteau (Quezada); his sons, Kurtis James and Michel George Jr.; his grandchildren, Crystalee Mendez and Jade Parenteau; and his siblings, Robert Parenteau (Dale-Marie), Richard Parenteau (Chovie), John Parenteau, Denise-Marie Seckinger (David), Jeanne Louise Born (Michael) and Jordan.
