She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Gagne and Arthur Gagne. She is survived by: her siblings, Rita and Donald Gagne of South Hadley; her husband James B. Newton Sr.; her children, James B. Newton Jr. (Christiane) of Cape Elizabeth, ME, Carla W. Newton of West Springfield, MA, Cynthia Neumann (Gus) of Squaw Valley, California, Linda Newton-Hoey (Mark) of Holyoke, MA and Jeffrey T. Newton (late Sarah) of Boston, MA.; her grandchildren, Julie, Kathryn, Caroline, Schuyler, Cailey, Valerie, Jordan, Farrah, Clinton, Avery, Lindsay and Chase; and her great grandchildren, Lucy, Madeline, Nicholas, Penelope, Oliver, Alice, Dakota, Henry and Natalie.
