We are sad to announce that on August 6, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Jason E. Fernandez of South Hadley, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Eduardo Fernandez and Sharon Fernandez (Lusignan); his children, Isabelle and Tyler Fernandez; and his sisters, Samantha "Sam" Fernandez and Angela "Angie" Lusignan. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
