He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Felipe Medina and Amalia Medina; his wife Marcelina Medina (Serrano); his children, Magali Medina (Daniel Goodman) of Needham, Samuel Medina (Sylvia) of Amherst and Jose Medina (Jennifer) of South Hadley; his grandchildren, Katrina, Jackson, Julia Goodman, Samuel A. Medina, Liam and Marley Kate Medina; his brother Miguel (Carmen) of Springfield; and his son Ismael Medina Jr.. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
