It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Irene Tetlow of South Hadley, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 30, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Piotr Radon and Aniela Radon (Blecharzyk); her spouse Thomas Tetlow; and her siblings, Stella Bashista, Helen Borowski, Fred, Edwin and Frank Radon.
She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Lori Jardines (Lee Kaplan); her grandchildren, Drew and Tommy; her pets, Gus and Claire of Philadelphia, PA; her daughter Lyndsay Tetlow; her pet Rosie; and her brother Joseph Radon. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
