He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Cowdrey and Rose M. Price. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine A. Cowdrey (Blanchette); his children, Donna Cowdrey (Teri Coutu), Frank A. Cowdrey Jr. (Sue) and Debbie Cowdrey of South Hadley; his grandchildren, Carrie-Anne Clark, Nicholas Cowdrey, Peter Martinello and Matthew Martinello; and his great grandchildren, Mason Clark, Liam Cowdrey, Adelyn Cowdrey, Josie Martinello, Pete Martinello, Meadow Martinello and Maverick Martinello. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
