He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hebert and Janet Hebert (Earle). He is survived by: his wife Keitha Hebert (Ball); his daughters, Jennifer Thomas (Craig) and Alicia Doherty (Craig); his grandchildren, Evan Thomas (Amanda), Sean Doherty and Thomas Doherty; his great grandchildren, Camden and Beckham Thomas; and his siblings, Diane Reynolds (Will), Laurie Dagesse (Tony), Steve Hebert (Laura), Joseph Hebert (Joanne) and Gregory Hebert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; as well as many more extended family members and friends.
