He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Zurheide, Sr. and Joan C. Zurheide (Graham); and his sister Joan C. Provost. He is survived by: his siblings, John T. Zurheide (Joy) of Hatfield, Gary S. Zurheide (Peggy) of New York City, Barbara J. Burelle (Keith) of Granby and Joseph L. Zurheide, Jr. (Marie) of Holyoke; his goddaughter Sarah R. Zurheide of Holyoke; and his friends, Walter and Jackie Dominguez of Holyoke. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
