It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chantel Rene Couch (South Hadley, Massachusetts), born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 20, 2018, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Barbara Gajewski, Stanley Gajewski and Robert Haas (Yvonne). She is survived by: her parents, Timothy Haas (Sheila) and Hadley Rivest; her stepparents, Sheila Haas and Tom Rivest; her grandmother Hazelmary Laferriere (Ronnie Laferriere); and also, Kimberly Rivest (Gajewski) and Hadley. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

For those wishing, donations may be made in her memory to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
