He was predeceased by: his father Frederick Perkins. He is survived by: his mother Marlene Perkins (Parenteau); his wife Susan Perkins (Szalkucki) of South Hadley; and his siblings-in-law, James Szalkucki of Holyoke, Anne Murray (James) of Holyoke and Jane Virnelli (Leo).
