We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2020, at the age of 97, Boleslaw Adamczyk of South Hadley, Massachusetts, born in Ware, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanley Adamczyk and Mary Adamczyk (Boranski); his siblings, Sophie, Walter, Patrick, Isabelle, John and Nancy; his former wife Louise (Jez); and his children, William Adamczyk (Kathie Bein) and Susan Urban (John Urban). He was also cherished by nephews, nieces, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
All social distancing and mask requirements will be observed.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to building fund of St Joseph's Church Main Street Westfield.
