She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludwig Zientara and Stanislawa Zientara (Rzekanowska); her husbands, John Adams and Stanley Skowron; and her great grandchild Nora Adams.

She is survived by: her children, Robert J. Adams (Karen) of South Hadley and Linda A. Duggan (Gary) of South Hadley; her grandchildren, William Adams of South Hadley, Brandon Adams (Amanda) of South Hadley and Kelsey Duggan of Alexandria, VA; and her great grandchild Brynn Adams. She is also survived by her many extended family members and friends.
