He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Sr. Knapik and Sophie Knapik (Sulkoski). He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Knapik (Flynn); his brother Theodore Knapik, Jr. (Suzanne); his nieces, Tania and Kimberly; and his close friends, Ann Marie Terrance and Wayne.
