He is survived by: his aunt Pearl Bond Dean; his sister Monica Phillips Bond; his children, Jordan Robert Bond and Meredith Robin Bond (Joshua Boyd); his grandchildren, Alexander Luther Boyd and Emerson Audrey Boyd; his siblings-in-law, Richard O Hill, Jr. and Yvonne Blackmon; his nieces and nephews, Swayne, Judith Amelia Bond and Yolanda Bond Thompson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittany Bond, Bethany Thompson and Mallory Thompson; his niece Melanie Bond Johnson (Jerry Johnson); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bernadette Amelia Johnson, Jerry Nero Johnson II and Hilton Grant Johnson; his niece Allyson Bond Bracey (Brian); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elena Nalanie Bond, Cordew, Devin Eugene Bracey, Saniya Michelle Bracey, Brianna Emery Bracey and Carter Elise Bracey; and his godchildren, Natalie, Jasmine, Kamille Hampton and Jason Cook.
He was also co-founder of the Covenant – St. Andrews Cancer Care Program, hosted several COVID and Flu Vaccine Clinics sponsored by UMASS Memorial Health and still found time to pursue his passion for working and sporting breed dogs as a breeder and a Judge.
