He was predeceased by: his wife Despa V. (Vlamos); his parents, John Polychrones and Demetra Polychrones (Moran); and his siblings, Ann Makos and Arthur Polychrones.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Dykeman (George) of Norton, Susan Hansen (Ralph) of Osterville and Stephanie Spencer (Robert) of North Easton; his grandchildren, Scott Dykeman, Melissa McCormack, Stephen Hansen, Gregory Hansen, Jonathan Spencer, Courtney Jansson and Alexander Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Colin, Patrick, Sabrina, Chloe, Brayden, William, Julia, Aurora, Sienna, River, Spencer, Bentley, Tristan and Theodore.
