She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph V. Hughes and Mary Hughes (Burgart); her husband Cornelius P. McMahon of Boston; her children, Mary Jo Curtis of Abington, James P. McMahon (Christina) of Abington and Brian McMahon (Lisa Hetrick) of Middleboro; her grandchildren, Jessica Curtis of Savannah, GA, Meagan Curtis (Jason Zupka) of Gaylordsville, CT, James F. McMahon (Laura Bubel) of Chicago, Michael McMahon of Abington, Colin McMahon (Yvonne Tse) of Quincy, Amber Dalleva of Seabrook, NH and Bree LaBella of Middleboro; her great grandchildren, Adora and Ada; and her siblings, Robert F. Hughes of Tampa, FL, Lois M. Keith and Edward Hughes. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, and her church family.
Until the Covid pandemic, she attended daily Mass and looked forward to having coffee at Dunkin Donuts with her friends after church.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association or Holy Family Church in South Easton would be greatly appreciated.
