He is survived by: his spouse Virginia "Happy" Whitman; his children, Catherine "Kit" Lopes (Gerald) of Dennis and Frederick Whitman II; his wife Nancy Whitman of Vero Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Darren, Sean, Amanda, Troy, Ryan Donahue, Colby Whitman and Kyle Whitman; his great grandchild Noah Donahue; his siblings, Frank Whitman (Kay) of Grand Rapids, MI and Peggy Patterson of Rockford, MI.; and also William Whitman of South Dennis.
