She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrew Quist and Grace Quist; her brothers, Richard Quist of Fort Meyers, FL., Fredrick, Kenneth and William; her former husband James B. Lavin, Jr.; her children, Carol (John Terrio) of South Dennis, MA, Judy (Bill Gagnon) of Duxbury, MA, James Lavin of Brewster, Nancy Lavin-Richard of Plympton, MA, Michael Lavin of Plymouth, MA and Patrick Lavin of Burlington, VT.; her grandchildren, John, Maeve, Patrick Terrio, Ryan, Jack Gagnon, Molly, Owen Lavin, James, Gerard Richard, Thomas, Julia Lavin and Michael Bell; and her great grandchild Stella Gagnon. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hallett Funeral Home (273 Station Ave, South Yarmouth, MA 02664). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Pius X Church (98 Station Ave, South Yarmouth, MA 02664).
