He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph T. Hayes and Helen P. Hayes (Callery); his siblings, Patricia Wagner, Felice O'Rourke and Sheila Toomey; and his goddaughter Maureen O'Rourke.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kathleen E. Haran of Worcester, MA and Joseph T. Hayes of Milford, MA; and his nephews, Gregory Hayes and Patrick O'Rourke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great grandnieces & great grandnephews.
