She was predeceased by: her parents, David Demers and Theresa Demers (Sullivan); and her brother Jeffery Demers. She is survived by: her siblings, Cynthia Dolloff (Gerald) and Gregory Demers (Leticia); her children, Heather Kozikowski (Benjamin), Jonathan Callahan and Megan Callahan; her grandchildren, Gabriella, Brandon, Benjamin and Maggie; her great grandchild Savea; and her significant other Norma Friedman.

Donations in remembrance of Chris may be made to Hospice of the Fisher Home, 1165 N. Pleasant St, Amherst, MA 01002.
