With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Grant of South Dartmouth, Massachusetts, born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 17, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Grant (Paquette); his parents, Irving Grant and Evelyn Grant (Thompson); and his brother Daniel Grant. He is survived by: his friend Walter Gomes; his children, Robert D. Grant, Jr. (Janet) of Cape Coral, FL, Robin B. Gifford (Bradford) of Dartmouth and Pamela A. Horsfall of Dartmouth; his son-in-law Steven Horsfall of New Bedford; his grandchildren, Cory Grant, Garrett, Evan Horsfall, Bethany and Jack Gifford; and his siblings, Marilyn Nelson of Dartmouth, Cathleen Gifford of Dartmouth and David Grant (Michele) of Dartmouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
