We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2018, Eva R. Lopes (South Dartmouth, Massachusetts), born in New Bedford, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Thuribio Silva; and her child David Gomes. She is survived by: her parent Gertrude Silva (Roza); her daughters, Florence Blake (Gomes) of New Bedford, Janice Arruda (Ronald) of New Bedford and Geraldine Martinez (Gomes) of Roxbury; her sister Dorothy Duarte of New Bedford; and her child Joseph Gomes. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 16 great, great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the church.
