She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Costa, Sr. and Matilda (Amaral); her children, Michael G. Correira and Nancy A. Pemberton; her brothers, Gerald A. Costa and Clarence Costa, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Mary Costa.
She is survived by: her great-niece Joanne Fitzgerald; her grandchildren, Scott Pemberton, Shawna Pemberton and Joseph Pemberton, III; her great grandchildren, Jarel Pemberton, Rylie Pemberton, Seth Pemberton, Destini Pemberton, Harmony Pemberton, Joseph Pemberton and Jaxon Pemberton; and her great great grandchildren, A'myah, Aayden, Myles and Maverick. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
