She was predeceased by: her parents, William Costello and Vilas Costello (Ford); her husband Michael D. Horan; and her siblings, Bill, Carol and Judy Costello.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michaela C. Horan of Dorchester and Moira C. Horan (Donal O'Gallachoir) of Quincy. She is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
