He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Geissler (McCarthy); his son Ronald Kelley; his brother Robert Geissler (Barbara) of Oregon; and his grandchildren, Ronald Kelley Jr., John Mortimer Jr. and Kaitlyn Keaney.
He is survived by: his wife June Geissler (Sullivan Keaney); his children, Margaret Lee (Donald) of Dorchester, Darlene Devlin (Michael) of Quincy, Michael (Kathleen Keaney), Joseph (Lisa Keaney), Patricia (Daniel Gillis), Kathleen (Jack Loan) and Kelly Keaney of Quincy; and his close friend Pat Ronca (Eileen). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Casper Funeral Home (187 Dorchester St, Boston, MA 02127). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Monica's Church (331 Old Colony Ave, Boston, MA 02109).
