“We were classmates and became fast friends when we had to share a Geography book in the Andrew school in the 5th grade, 1966. We read a story of an indigenous boy from Australia named Mosquito. That became the name we called each other from that day forward. I remember you and Iris sitting in my living room on Lonsdale Street, Dorchester around 1978. Anyway, long ago and far away.
