He was predeceased by: his parents, Helena Kelley and James Kelley of South Boston; his siblings, James Kelley of South Boston and Margaret Hines of West Roxbury; his grandchild Kelley Serpis; and also Janice M. Kelley (Lee) of Quincy.
He is survived by: his friend Karen Casey of Dorchester; his daughters, Judy Beers (Scott Whitten) of Naples, Nancy Serpis (Greg) of Hampton and Stacey Tirabassi (Edmund) of South Boston; and his grandchildren, Jessica Mintz (Julian) of Westport, Malcolm Beers (Lauren) of Falmouth, Brenna Guez (Ben) of Houston, Gordon Serpis (Erin) of Waynesboro, PA, Matthew Serpis of Portsmouth, NH, Sophia, Emma and Eddie Tirabassi of South Boston. He is also survived by great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and more friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Quarry Hall.
