She was predeceased by: her brother John. She is survived by: her spouse Gene R. Lewis; her children, Patricia Lewis (Jimmy Turner) of Ohio, Carolyn Ragusa (Phil) of Lynnfield, Jackie M. Lewis of South Boston and Gene R. Lewis Jr. (Audrey) of Quincy; her siblings, Nancy Turner of Florida, Patrick Jennings of Westwood, Thomas Jennings of Dedham, Bridgit Ricciardelli of Florida, Martin and Michael Jennings; and her grandchildren, Michael Turner and Ava Ragusa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, in laws, and friends.
