She was predeceased by: her nephew Michael Prokop. She is survived by: her parents, Mary J. Prokop (Gorham) and James E. Prokop; her brother James E. Prokop Jr.; her niece Brittany Prokop; and her great-nephew Abel Prokop. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
