With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen F. (Sullivan) McGaffigan of South Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 31, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony F. McGaffigan; and her brother Joseph. She is survived by: her children, Susan McGaffigan of Fargo, ND, Carolyn Gurney (Michael) of Nashua, NH, Helen Marie Kelly (Stephen) of West Roxbury, Joanne McGaffigan of South Boston and James McGaffigan of Hyde Park; her grandsons, Colin, Daniel Kelly and Michael W. Gurney; her siblings, Sheila Waters of Plainville, Donna Sullivan of Norwood, Thomas, John L., Marion Walsh, Theresa Vitiello and Brendan; and her siblings-in-law, Bernard McGaffigan of Norton, William McGaffigan of Norwell and Susann MacDonald of West Roxbury. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
