She was predeceased by: her parents, Artis Wagner Jr. and Clara Wagner (Feaster); and also Rone Annise. She is survived by: her spouse Dr. Lee S. Bulgin; her siblings, Artis Wagner III of Texas and Shelly Brown of Alaska; her aunt Wilma Daniels of Maryland; her cousins, Claretta Daniels and Oscar J. Daniels; her brother-in-law Paul Bulgin of Georgia; and also Tyanna Shalie Brown.
