She was predeceased by: her sister Edna; and her parents, Bertha Zammarchi and Geno Zammarchi. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her siblings, Ginger and Joseph; her children, Chris (Rich), Bill (Laura) and Jennifer (Scott Phinney); and her grandchildren, Hannah, Zachary, Jacob and Joshua.

In lieu of flowers, Gene's family kindly requests donations to the National Arthritis Foundation (http://www.arthritis.org) in her memory.
