He is survived by: his son Matthew Donnelly (Matthew Zenon Kay); his brothers, James Dana Kay and Thomas Kevin Kay; his nieces, Tanya Kay, Mandy Kay, Nicole Kay, Cheyenne Kay and Kristin Kay; and his nephew David Kay.
