She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen S. Callan; and her parents, Adeline Shea (Lewey) and Francis J. Shea. She is survived by: her sister Jacqueline M. Brown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Adeline's memory may be made to the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth P.O. Box 9 Nazarath KY. 40048.
