He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Specht and Annie Specht (Myers). He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. Specht (Jaron); his children, Karen A. Bertrand (Eugene Bertrand) of Pascoag, RI, Michael E. Specht (Mary Hayward-Specht) of North Conway, NH, James L. Specht of South Attleboro, MA and Tracey M. Barney (Kevin Barney) of North Attleboro, MA.; and his siblings-in-law, Roberta A. Jaron of North Attleboro, MA and Dennis M. Jaron (Arelene Jaron). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
