Linda Couture Obituary
Linda Diane Couture (Brady), 61, of South Attleboro, MA died peacefully, surrounded by her family, at the Brigham and Women's hospital in Boston MA on Sunday March 7, 2021. She was the beloved wife of Gary L. Couture and daughter of the late Edward F. Brady Jr and Helen V. Brady (Truppa).
Born in Providence, Linda spent her entire career in jewelry manufacturing retiring from Stylecraft in Cranston, RI in 2020 due to illness. One of her most exciting assignments was getting to work on a superbowl ring. Linda also operated her own real estate company, Brady Realty, helping families to find their perfect home. She enjoyed working together with her husband Gary on several of their properties. Linda had many hobbies and interests: golf, walking at Lincoln Woods, motorcycling, trips to Hampton Beach and Florida, Couture family reunions and watching the kids dance recitals and soccer games. She was an avid football fan, cheering loudest for Tom Brady and proud to wear her New England Patriots gear. Linda most enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She never missed an important event or the small opportunities to show her love. Sadly, Linda was diagnosed with metastatic small cell lung carcinoma in October 2019, but she never gave up hope and she was grateful to God for every new day.
Linda is survived by her two nieces, whom had the honor of being raised by her, Melissa DiManna and her husband Tony and Kristen Pollard and her husband Christopher, four grand-nieces Korynna, Maya, Vienna and Chloe, a brother Edward Brady and his wife Diane, a sister Joanne Corry, two nephews Ed and Steven Brady. In addition to her husband, she leaves his children Ivy Couture, Jason Couture, Patrick Couture and his wife Sara and Lea Charpentier and her husband Christopher, as well as his 8 grandchildren.
Linda is pre-deceased by her brother in law and lifelong friend William Corry and her grand-nephew Antonio William DiManna "AJ".
