She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Richard Phaneuf, Sr.; her parents, Ernest Levasseur, Sr. and Eva Levasseur (Lawrence); and her siblings, Carol Champagne, Ernest Levasseur, Jr., Lawrence Levasseur, Robert Levasseur and Victor Levasseur.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald R. Phaneuf, Jr. of Pawtucket, RI and Christopher E. Phaneuf of Rehoboth, MA; and her sister Patricia Brown. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
